We pride ourselves in using the best fabrics one can find on today's market. We are always on the lookout for innovations and new fabrics that would increase performance and durability.

Taslan |

Taslan is a highly breathable, high-tech, woven polyester fabric. It is a strong, durable fabric, ideal for bodyflight. It’s also very quick drying and able to wick moisture away from the body quickly and efficiently, so you don’t get all sweaty. The only downside we found using taslan is that it is very sensitive to friction burns. We do offer added reinforcements that can be added as an extra option to protect areas of friction. This material is water resistant and windproof, it is an elastic and moisture vapor permeable membrane. It provides protection from the wind while simultaneously allowing water vapor to escape to the outside, to keep you dry. The elastic membrane allows for the highest level of comfort. We highly recommend this fabric over regular spandex if you are planning to fly in a wind tunnel. It will prevent the suit from inflating while flying, and it is so durable that your suit will last many many hours of tunnel flight and many jumps too. Colors currently available* :

This spandex is a high-quality, thick and heavy fabric. It stretches in every way, making for ultimate comfort with an increased range of movement. It has a matte finish outside and a shiny inside. Cordura |

We use 1000-denier cordura reinforcements on key areas of our suits. It has excellent tear strength and is very abrasion resistant. This fabric is amazingly tough and increases the life of your suit. . Colors currently available* :

Our nylon is a lightweight and very durable slick fabric. It deflects air really well and increases fall rate, and decreases drag compared to taslan or poly cotton. Can be used on our RW suits and Raptor suits. Colors currently available* :

Our ripstop is the same quality as the one used on ZP parachutes. We can add layers of ripstop to key areas to increase drag which reduces the bulk compared to adding layers of other type of fabrics, and keeps your suit lightweight. Colors currently available* :

When added to any suit, this mesh makes it more comfortable. It helps with moisture management and is antibacterial. It does not make the suit cooler but will keep you dry. For warm climates, see our Port Hole mesh fabric below. Colors currently available* :

This mesh is robust with bigger holes than our wick away. It provides good aeration and is cooler than our wick-away mesh so it works best in warmer climates. Extra breathable and durable, it is intended to make your suit more comfortable. Colors currently available* :
