How your suit should fit

The first time you put on your suit, it may feel like it is actually a bit too tight. This is normal. You can compare this to a pair of ski boots, your suit will break in and take on the shape of your body to eventually fit you seamlessly. We suggest that you fly it for a few hours in the tunnel, or go jump with it, take it off and then put it back on. Feel the difference. Remember that it is normal to feel restrictions in some movements, your suit is a complex piece of gear, and it is designed to make you fly, not to do yoga!

If your suit does not fit or need to be altered

If after trying the above your suit still does not fit properly, or if there are some discrepancies between your suit and the order you placed, please wait before sending it back. We need to determine what the problem is first in order to better serve you. Please note that we have an alteration flat fee of $65 + shipping for any alteration needed related to measurements taken incorrectly.

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Take a detailed video of you in the suit, showing the areas that do not fit, manufacture errors, etc… Also, take as many pictures as you think necessary. Make sure you include a front and a back full body picture so we can see the overall fit.
  2. Send us an email explaining the issue. Include the video and pictures as attachment. We will get back to you within 48 hours.
  3. Wait before sending the suit until we tell you to do so. Any suit sent without details and/or pictures of the issues will not be repaired and will be shipped back to the owner at their own expense.

PLEASE NOTE! If you decide to have the suit altered by a local tailor or rigger, do at your own risk as it will void our warranty. If you are not satisfied with your tailor's repair and want to send it back to us, you will be responsible for ALL repair and shipping costs. Also, we cannot warranty that we can repair the work of others efficiently, so we may not be able to repair it all together.
